How can an American Express card holder upgrade their flight using Plusgrade’s system but through the Amex portal & using their Amex points?
I worked with the design & tech teams at American Express MR to make sure the experience we implemented was reflective of their redemption process as well as seamlessly integrate it within their existing experiences.

Show & tell Users need to know some of their flights are eligible for upgrade
Users need to see their points balance to spend them
Users should be able to quickly spend their points balance or be presented with a cash option for any deltas
Users need a singular point of contact even if the token is passed from one company to another
